Information about the apartment

This lovely apartment is one of the apartments we offer in San Agustín building. Located on the third floor, Samoa is Deluxe category.

It is a 60 m² charming apartment, totally restored in 2012 and it has high ceiling and visible beams, all inside a real 19th century building.

It is provided by all the comforts: elevator, air conditioning, television, DTT, DVD and WIFI for free, both, inside the apartment and in the building.

This apartment has five balconies, two with views to Santísima Faz and three of them with views to San Agustín street.

Each apartment is decorated with a simple modern style and each one has 2 rooms with individual or double beds to choose (2m x 0.90m). Clean towels and bed linen will be provided for all the stay.

All our guests have access to the common terrace, located on the top of the building, with views to the Castle of Santa Bárbara.

It will be an unforgettable experience.

What time can I enter my apartment?

Check in time is at 2pm.

If you arrive before check in time(14h), you can leave your bags at our reception and have a coffee or tea while we prepare the apartment. You can also take a walk through the old town of Alicante.

Whenever you let us know, we will give priority to preparing your apartment so that you can enter as soon as possible.

What means of transport are nearby?

From the airport, we offer an exclusive official taxi service for € 30 each way for up to four people. There is also the C-6 bus line that connects the city with the airport every 30 minutes.

The city it is completely connected with taxis, buses and the TRAM, with which you can travel along the entire beach line to Denia.

Can I do check in at any time?

Yes, with our mobile application you can check-in online at any time and enter the apartment when you want (from 14h).

If you have a late flight, there is no problem. Through the app you can enter whenever you want and if there is a problem or you do not want to use the app, call us and we will open the doors fo you remotely.

Avoiding queues and crowds, making everything more direct and fast.

Is breakfast included?

We have rates inlcuding breakfast or without breakfast. Choose the one that suits you best.

Our breakfasts are served at Madness Specialty Coffee placed at 20 meters from our San Nicolás building and at 100 meters from our San Agustín building.

Can I access my apartment without having contact with anyone?

Yes, since we have a free app that you download and you access the building and the apartment through bluetooth.

Unlike most hotels and tourist accommodation, at Apartamentos Tito, we offer a mobile opening system called StayMyway through which if guests do not wish to maintain any contact with our team there is no need to go at the reception IN ORDER TO AVOID QUEUES AND CROWDS, given that through the application they can:

Open the building and the apartment doors
Send and do check-in before the arrival.
Have all the information concerning the apartment.
Chat with the manager using Facebook Messenger.
A city leisure guide.
All services around the apartment: markets, pharmacies, ATM, metro stops, etc …

Is there a physical reception?

Yes. Our reception is open every day of the year from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our team will be waiting for you at San Nicolás street, number 10 to meet all the demands you may have during your stay, apart from the check in.

How can I contact the hotel in case of emergency?

Out of the reception opening hours, we offer all our guests a contact telephone number in case of emergency. From 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. you can call us at +34 96 515 85 84. We will be happy to answer your questions.
