Building

The building was built in 1900 and it was completely renovated in 2012. The same year we added an elevator and we decided to create accommodatios dedicated exclusively to tourism.

All the charm of a classic building next to the town hall with all the current comforts and placed in the historic center of Alicante.

A building that in all these years has absorbed part of the history of the city, which remains latent in its walls and facade.

It has suffered even the bombs of the Spanish Civil War, in which it did not succumb and it is still present to engage us in the history of the city.

Welcoming and perfectly located in the heart of Alicante, this building is a starting point to explore all areas of the city.

All the apartments have private balconies, with up to five balconies  (Deluxe and Superior apartments). All this allows a great entrance of natural light to the apartment.

It also has all the comforts, such as an elevator, air conditioning, heating, air zones, television, DVD and WIFI, (ADSL 100MG) for free, fridge, microwave, kitchenware and so on. You will also have towels, sheets and duvets.

Through our mobile opening system and online check-in, you can access the apartment without having to come at the reception. You will have a quickly and easy check-in by avoiding queues and crowds at the reception.

Location

Ideally located in a central place: from the apartment you can walk everywhere. It is situated nearby Postiguet Beach (300 metres) and the port, in the heart of the old town and its main tourist attractions: St. Nicholas Cathedral, Town Hall, Church of Santa Maria,  Santa Bárbara Castle, Museum of Contemporary Art (MACA), Archaeological Museum (MARQ), Museum of Nativity Scenes, Teatro Principal , Park  Ereta and the TRAM stop (100 metres), which connects by train all the coast from Alicante to Denia.
